A Drainage Divide...

The yellow line below indicates a geographical divide for watershed drainage in Ohio.  Watersheds North of the yellow line drain into Lake Erie and watersheds South of the yellow line drain into the Mississippi waterbasin and out into the Gulf of Mexico.
